Screen Printing and Transfer

THE ART OF SCREEN PRINTING

Screen Printing entails the pressing of specialised inks through the screen. The screen is made of a frame over which a mesh is stretched, like a painter’s canvas over its frame. If a multi-colour design is to be printed, separate screens must be prepared for each individual colours.

Screen Printing is our most versatile decoration method applicable to a wide range of materials and textiles, accurately matching your required PMS (Pantone) to ensure perfect compliance with corporate branding guidelines.

VERSATILE FOR JOBS LARGE & SMALL

Screen Printing is capable of being applied on a variety of substrates such as paper, metal, plastics and textiles.

This unique process is perfect for printing on anything from custom designed gift bags to large golf umbrellas.

Our many years practical experience with Screen Printing have proven to achieve ideal results, especially for printing on textile since it creates a high-quality, lasting image. The fabric can be washed and ironed as required without influencing the print quality.

PLASTISOL TRANSFER FOR WIDER APPLICATION

Pastisol Transfers are screen print designs that are prepared onto a special release paper. Once screen printed, we then employ heat and pressure to transfer the designs onto your promotional products or garments.

Combining the benefits of Screen Printing and Heat Transfer, we can create high quality edge definition on rough or textured fabrics, printing multiple logos at once for speedy production and efficiency.
